How do we do it?

Wound Care Centers provide optimum wound care through the use of state-of-the-art medical and surgical therapies that are incorporated into individualized treatment pathways.  The patients’ care plans are developed by an interdisciplinary team of wound experts such as Plastic, Vascular, General Surgeons and Podiatrists that have been trained in wound care.  This team collaborates through assessment to identify the root cause for the wound and treat the underlying problem as well as the wound.  Each Wound Care Center has a database that allows the physician to track and manage the care of the patient to early wound healing.
